After a tightly contested matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Los Angeles Rams close out the 2021-22 season as the Super Bowl champions. Amongst those receiving their Super Bowl rings is none other than Rutgers alum, Sebastian Joseph-Day.
Unfortunately, a pec injury saw Joseph-Day sidelined back in November. LA Rams teammate, A’Shawn Robinson discusses filling his role in this recent YouTube interview.
Although he made a full recovery before the Super Bowl, Joseph-Day was unable to stamp his mark on the final. Understandably, some of you may well have used your free bets on Joseph-Day becoming Super Bowl MVP 2022 - especially when considering the 2019 sixth-round pick has already racked up 137 tackles and 6 sacks across three short years.
Now, he may not add a Super Bowl MVP to those fantastic stats but he can add a Super Bowl ring, In doing so, adding himself to a rather prestigious list of Rutgers alum.
